1.introduction
Priority Pass gives you access to more than 1,500 airport lounges in over 650 destinations in 148 countries. This is an extremely convenient service for frequent international travellers.
Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport is an international airport known as a global hub with numerous airline arrivals and departures. If you have a Priority Pass, you can enjoy the comfort of a lounge during long layovers at such a busy airport. In this article, we recommend five of the 13 best lounges in the international restricted areas that are accessible with a Priority Pass. The services, features and benefits offered by each lounge are explained.
2.Five recommended Priority Pass-enabled lounges at Suvarnabhumi Airport
2-1.Concourse D : Turkish Lounge
In 2019, a new Turkish Airlines lounge opened at the end of Concourse D. This lounge is an airline lounge, but Priority Pass access is also available. However, if the lounge is busy, you may not be able to enter even with a Priority Pass. Food and alcohol are served, but there are no showers. Therefore, if you want to use the showers, we recommend that you move or use another lounge.
2-2.Concourse E: Oman Air First & Business Class Lounge
The Oman Air First and Business Class Lounge is located on the third floor (West Side) of Concourse E. The lounge is not that large, but it is clean and comfortable. The dining area to the left of the lounge is often crowded at certain times of the day and it can be difficult to find a seat. The number of seats is also limited and during busy times it can be difficult to get a seat. On the other hand, the area to the right of the lounge is relatively empty and quiet. This is the place to go if you want to relax in peace and quiet. As the lounge is operated by a Middle Eastern airline, the cuisine is rich in Islamic and Indian food. The service also offers a high level of luxury, with a wide range of alcoholic beverages and champagne in the fridge.
2-3. Concourse F: Air France Lounge
Air France lounges are open to SkyTeam senior members and also offer Priority Pass access. Spacious, well stocked with food and drinks, and with showers, they are open 24 hours a day and offer numerous sofas, ideal for passing the time. It’s also highly worth using when other lounges are busy.Personally, it’s my favourite lounge because I prefer the food and it has a relaxing interior.
2-4.Concourse D: Miracle Lounge
There are five Miracle Lounges at Suvarnabhumi Airport (nine if first class lounges are included). There is little difference between the regular lounges and the First Lounge, but as the First Lounge is often the airline’s designated lounge, we recommend the Miracle Lounge in Concourse D. It is clean, spacious and relatively empty. There is a wide selection of food and drinks, and showers are available. It is also open 24 hours a day, so it can be used regardless of the time of day. Concourse D is centrally located and provides convenient access to boarding gates on either side.
2-5.Concourse A: Coral Lounge
The Coral Lounge is located in International Concourse D of Suvarnabhumi Airport, on the East Side of the 3rd floor. The lounge is very spacious, with tables, sofas and partitioned seating like a private space where you can relax and spend time wherever you like. The food menu is extensive, especially the Thai hot meals.
3.Features and benefits of lounges
The lounges at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, which are accessible with a Priority Pass, are all very nice and are the perfect resting spots for passengers. Each lounge offers plenty of space and is furnished with comfortable sofas and seating. In addition, a wide variety of food and drink options are available to cater for different tastes. They also offer a range of facilities that travellers may need, such as free Wi-Fi and a selection of newspapers and magazines. Another great feature is that they are open 24 hours a day, allowing you to relax without worrying about the time. These lounges are ideal for travellers looking for a comfortable airport stay and add to the charm of a trip to Bangkok. Each lounge has its own unique features and benefits. For example, they offer a wide selection of drinks, sumptuous meals, snacks and shower rooms. It is important to choose the lounge that best suits your travel style and needs.
