This popular restaurant is located in Bangkok’s central business district.
By train, it is conveniently located in the premises of Mahatun Plaza Building, just outside BTS Phloenchit Station Exit (ii), for tourists and locals. It is open from 10am to as late as 10pm, so you can enjoy Thai food without worrying about the time.

When I visited MadamSomtum, I was firstly fascinated by the ambience of the restaurant. The décor and warm lighting, reminiscent of a traditional Thai house, made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. The Somtum we ordered was exquisite with fresh vegetables and spicy seasoning, giving us an authentic taste of the real thing. We also liked the friendly service from the staff – the food and ambience at MadamSomtum made for a great dining experience in Bangkok.
